Order Processing
Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 working days.
Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be processed on Monday, then shipped within 1 to 2 working days.

Estimated delivery times for international orders are shown at checkout.

Options: Standard or Tracked (select at checkout)
Cost: Shown at checkout

Once marked as delivered, we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or unclaimed parcels. Proof of postage is always provided.

International Shipping
Courier: Royal Mail Tracked
Duties and Taxes: Not included. Customers are responsible for any local import fees

We do not refund or replace items marked as delivered or lost in transit. Proof of postage is always provided.
