Our Policy
We hope you love what you ordered. As a small brand, we do not offer refunds or returns unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item is faulty on arrival, email us at connect@teteatete.uk with a description and photo.
Please ensure this is done within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Customs Charges
Customers are responsible for all international duties upon arrival.
Please check with your local customs office for details.

Refunds
If we approve a refund due to damage or error, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
